Chief Chirpa, the leader of the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi, was released in 1983 by Kenner as part of the vintage ROTJ line. The figure represents the gray-haired, wise leader of the Ewok village on the forest moon Endor. He wears a removable brown cape with a headdress and comes with a simple Ewok staff.

Despite his small size, Chief Chirpa is a detailed figure with an expressive face and a solid sculpt.

Known variations include:

Accessories: The staff is usually brown, but comes in various shades.

Coat Color: Slight variations in coat color and face paint depending on production location (Hong Kong or Taiwan).

Lili Ledy Variant (Mexico): This rarer version has a slightly lighter coat color, often coarser finish and a different staff color.

Chief Chirpa is a beloved figure among Ewok fans and, along with Logray, Wicket, and Teebo, is an important part of any Endor collection.
