Cancellation
Due to the highly fluctuating market value of these products, TCG items cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or returned.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made via iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, PayPal, Belfius, KBC/CBC, Trustly, and bank transfer. If you choose PayPal, please note that PayPal is not an ideal payment method for pre-orders. Pre-orders often have longer delivery times and may take several weeks or even months before they are delivered. In the event of cancellation, PayPal fees will not be refunded.

If you choose “bank transfer in advance,” you will receive a payment email with the necessary instructions after placing your order. The outstanding amount must be credited to our bank account within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Costs
The listed shipping costs are based on standard shipping within the usual weight and size limits. If, before shipment of the order, it appears that the actual shipping costs are higher than the amount paid, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the difference in shipping costs. This may occur, for example, with larger or heavier orders, or when the value of the shipment is high and additional costs for (insured) shipping apply.

This generally only applies to international shipments, but in some cases it may also apply within the Netherlands, for example when purchasing large quantities. If an additional payment is required, we will contact you before shipment. Orders can of course also be collected at our location.

Cancellations by Manufacturer / Supplier
For TCG products, there is always a possibility that, due to expected high demand and limited availability, the supplier or manufacturer may adjust or cancel orders.

Estimated Delivery Date & Purchase Price
The TCG market is currently extremely popular and stock is often difficult to obtain. We work with suppliers that differ from most other sellers, which means we are usually still able to deliver products. However, this also comes with disadvantages. For example, we are not always the cheapest provider, and with new releases it may, in exceptional cases, happen that deliveries take place several weeks after the official release date. This is due to availability and distribution through our suppliers.

Sealed Cases
Advertisements for a case always refer to sealed cases. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the advertisement, cases will remain factory sealed and unopened. We do not guarantee sealed cases for regular product orders, except when the advertisement specifically concerns a full case.
