• Cancellation
  TCG items cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or returned, as the value of these products can fluctuate significantly on the market.
   
• Method of payment
  Payment can be made via iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, Belfius, KBC/CBC and Trustly. If you prefer to complete your purchase through another payment provider such as PayPal or via direct bank transfer, this can be arranged. Please note that PayPal is not an ideal payment method for pre-orders. Pre-orders often have longer lead times, and PayPal’s buyer protection policy allows cancellations if an item is not received within a certain timeframe. This does not align well with pre-orders that may take several weeks or even months before delivery. For that reason, PayPal payments for pre-orders are only possible upon request and must be arranged manually with us in advance. Please contact us so we can review the available options together.

• Cancellations by Manufacturer / Supplier
  For TCG products, and especially for Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon, there is always a possibility that, due to high expected demand and limited availability, the supplier or manufacturer may adjust or cancel orders.
   
• Expected Delivery Date
  We generally receive sets on or around the official release date. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to issues with the manufacturer, supplier, or carrier. Once the stock has arrived, all orders are shipped immediately.
