At TBHstore you can use our storage service for no less than 180 days. That should be enough right? So, do you want to combine multiple orders into one package and save on shipping costs? You can! Every time you want to add something to your box, you save on shipping costs.

Who is the storage service for?
The storage service is for customers who place frequent orders and want to save on shipping costs by sending everything at once. It is not the intention that only a few items are in storage for 180 days.

How long can I store my items?
We offer you the possibility to use the storage service for up to 180 days.

How do I use the storage service?
If you want to use the storage service, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will then create a storage account for you so that you can use the storage service.

Can I also pick up my box myself?
Yes, of course! You can plan a pick up appointment when you log in to your personal storage service.

Is it possible that there is no more space in the warehouse?
Many customers use our warehousing service and it may happen that our warehouse is full. In that case, we may have to send your box earlier.

TBHstore is not liable for damage to items that are stored at the request of the customer. When you choose the storage service, you automatically waive the right of cancelling the sale.
