Storage service

At TBHstore you can use our storage service for no less than 180 days. That should be enough right? So, do you want to combine multiple orders into one package and save on shipping costs? You can! Every time you want to add something to your box, you save on shipping costs.

How long can I store my articles?
We offer you the option to store your order in our warehouse for a maximum of 180 days.

How do I use the storage service?
If you want to use our storage service, choose "afhalen bij winkelier" / "Pick up at merchant"during checkout. We will not charge shipping costs until you want the box shipped. If it is a new storage, you will receive login details for the storage service within a few days after your order. If you already have a storage, we will add your new order to your box.

Can I also pick up my box myself?
Yes, of course! You can plan a pick up appointment when you log in to your personal storage service.

Is it possible that there is no more space in the warehouse?
Many customers use our warehousing service and it may happen that our warehouse is full. In that case, we may have to send your box earlier.

Test phase
The updated storage service is currently in a test phase and we are rolling it out carefully. If you already use our storage service but cannot log in yet, your login info will follow.

Liability
TBHstore is not liable for damage to items that are stored at the request of the customer. When you choose the storage service, you automatically waive the right of cancelling the sale.
