DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS

Bummer, you have received your package and there is damage or missing an item from your package. Although we carefully pack all orders with the correct padding/protection material and use good strong boxes, it can unfortunately happen that an item is damaged during shipping. Of course we will do everything we can to solve the problem.

What should I do in case of damage?
In the event of damage, we need the following information:

Six photos of the damage shipment:

 

  • 1 photo of the whole outside of the package
  • 1 photo of the opened package
  • 1 photo of all types of inner packaging
  • 1 photo of the entire damaged item
  • 1 detail photo of the concrete damage
  • 1 photo of the shipping label on the package


What should I do in the event of a missing item?
In the event of a loss of an item, we need the following information:

Three photos of the missing contents of the shipment:

 

  • 1 photo of the whole outside of the package
  • 1 photo of the opened package with contents visible
  • 1 photo of the shipping label on the package


Within how much time do I have to deliver everything?
We must receive the necessary information within 7 days.

Particularities
If the seal of the package is broken, we cannot accept the return, so do not open a package if you want to claim insurance or cancellation.
