Terms & Conditions TBH Credits
By using our savings program you can save for different products or discounts. The products for which you can save are available while stocks last. The savings program is subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the regular terms and conditions.
It is possible to save credits per customer account. Credits are only issued with orders placed on our website and are not applicable with the payment plan. The saved credits will be added to your customer account after the reflection period of the right of withdrawal has expired. The saved credits will be rounded down per order (excl. VAT and shipping costs). You can exchange the credits you have saved for the available savings products in the savings program against the specified number of credits. If an incorrect number of loyalty points is stated for savings products, we are entitled to cancel the delivery of the savings products. In case of cancellation, the credits already spent will be returned to your customer account. Orders without a customer account will not receive credits.
Pre Orders & Credits
In case you cancel an unfulfilled pre-order, the credits will be credited to your account. In case you have already used/exchanged the credits, we will deduct the value of the used credits from the amount to be paid back.
Credit validity period
The validity of the credits is at least 2 years. The credits can only be exchanged for savings products. Loyalty points are not transferable to other customer accounts and are never redeemed in Euros or other currencies.
Delivery of savings products
You have the right to return a savings product within 14 days of receipt of the savings product. The costs for returning savings products are for your account. If we receive the savings product you have returned in undamaged condition, you will receive the savings points for which you ordered the savings product back in your customer account within 14 days of receipt of the savings product. We do not guarantee the availability of savings products. If savings products have been ordered by you, but after the order it appears that these products are no longer available, you will receive the credits for which you ordered the savings product back on your customer account.
If you suspect that an incorrect credit or debit has taken place, you are obliged to report this to us in writing. We will assess the report. In case of a well-founded report, we reserve the right to undo additions or debits. Changes to savings products We reserve the right to remove, change or add new savings products at any time. In addition, we reserve the right to change the number of credits required for a savings product.
Termination of Participation
You cannot automatically terminate your participation in our savings program. You automatically save with your customer account. We can only delete your customer account to end your participation. You can do this by informing us by e-mail, your credits will then expire irrevocably. In the event of fraudulent activity, the provision of incomplete or incorrect information or any other violation of these terms, we may remove your credits from your customer account. We have the right to terminate the savings program at any time, without giving any reason. As a result, all credits are lost and no more savings products can be ordered. We are in no way liable for your lost credits in case of termination of the savings program.
If you are not satisfied with the way in which we use the savings program in your situation, you can submit a complaint to us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process your complaint and respond substantively within two weeks. If your complaint is justified, we will make every effort to undo the reason for the complaint.
