When will my pre-order arrive?
We will receive an expected delivery time from the manufacturer, for example Q1 2026 (1ste Quarter in 2026). Please note that these dates are subject to change due to possible delays at the manufacturer. Therefore, please check the website after your order for current delivery information. We ship on a first-come, first-served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the order in which it was received. Please note that many manufacturers now work with 'soft' releases where products come in multiple deliveries (waves). This means that some people or other stores may receive an item earlier or later. In addition, there may be production and logistical delays
Shipping of pre-orders
Orders will only be shipped once all items from the order are in stock. You only pay shipping costs once per order, for orders above € 140.00 shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your order contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-orders, your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock (in other words, once all pre-orders from that order are in stock). We recommend that you always place 2 orders in that case, 1 order with in-stock items and 1 order with the pre-order(s). This way, your order with in-stock items will be shipped immediately and you do not have to wait until the pre-order comes out. If you want to receive the items that are in stock at a later time, but you are still waiting for a few pre-orders from the order, for example, you can contact us, we will then send a payment request for the additional shipping costs. Of course, you can also just wait until everything has arrived.
The expected delivery time has already passed
This means that we have not yet received an update and that we expect the item to arrive shortly. This happens regularly and unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. There is no point in asking us for more information, as soon as we have information, we will adjust this on the website immediately.
There is no date or I can't find the item
You can find your ordered item the fastest by entering the item number in the search screen. It is possible that an item is on Backorder. This means that the manufacturer no longer provides updates on the expected delivery time, but that the item has not (yet) been cancelled. An item on backorder is therefore really a matter of waiting. In some cases, an item is no longer on the website, this does not mean that we will no longer deliver it. If you would like information about an item that is no longer on the website, please let us know.
Pick up
You can of course also choose to pick up items from us, in which case please contact us. Pick up is possible on working days between 09:00 and 16:00.
Can I combine different orders?
Unfortunately, combining different orders within 1 shipment is not logistically possible.
When do I pay for a pre-order?
Because we simply do not feel like chasing payments when a pre-order has been received, you pay immediately when placing the order, even if you choose a payment provider such as Klarna. Of course you can also pay in installments, that is what we have the payment plan for. We do not charge interest or costs for a payment plan, we are actually happy that we can help you realize your purchase. TBHstore works together with DFI Invoicing, this billing office processes the payment plan in the correct manner so that we can be sure that you continue to receive the best possible service. Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, as a private customer you can cancel (non-TCG) orders. This can be done free of charge within 14 days after placing the order. After this period, we reserve the right (in the case of custom-made products) to charge any costs incurred. If you cancel multiple times, you will no longer be able to place pre-orders, as cancellations do cost us money. TCG pre-orders cannot be cancelled, revoked, or returned, since the value of these products can fluctuate significantly on the market. By placing an order, you automatically and unconditionally agree to these terms.
What do I have to do to cancel?
If you want to cancel a pre-order, you must send us a completed Pre-order Cancellation Form.
Cancellation by the manufacturer
It may happen that a manufacturer does not deliver an ordered item, this can have various causes. In that case we will refund the purchase amount to the same bank account number as you used to make the payment.
