When will my order be shipped?
At TBHstore, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours on business days. This is usually the case, but in some situations we may need to wait until all items are in stock. Orders are only shipped once all items in the order are available. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, and orders over €140.00 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items, pre-orders, or items with a longer delivery time, your order will only be shipped once all items are ready. If an item has a longer delivery time, this will always be indicated on the product page.
