The vintage Star Wars figure of Princess Leia Organa in her Bespin outfit was released in 1981 by Kenner. This figure was based on her appearance in Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back, in which she wears this outfit during her stay on the Bespin moon. This figure quickly became popular among collectors because of the iconicity of the scene and Leia's characteristic look in the film.
